Understanding that on occasion information may need to be sourced from another member of our team, which may require additional time to respond. Understanding that during times of high call volume, our Care Team may not be available at the time you call but your representative will respond within a timely manner.



We will make every effort to ensure errors are fixed in an appropriate and timely manner, and to address any concerns or questions that you may have. However, if a customer resorts to harassing or abusing Forest Farms staff or it becomes clear that Forest Farms cannot meet the needs of a customer, we may elect at our discretion to refuse service or cancel a customer’s registration with Forest Farms. While we sincerely hope a situation does not escalate to this point, should it occur the customer will be notified in writing.

This privacy policy describes the personal information that Forest Farms collects from or about you, as well as how we use and to whom we disclose that information. Where this is the case, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such third parties have represented to us that they have the right to disclose your personal information to us.



Forest Farm's operations include activities related to: (i) operating cannabis production facilities; (ii) lawfully distributing cannabis to individuals; (iii) conducting clinical research with respect to medicinal cannabis; and (iv) educating our stakeholders about the benefits of cannabis. As such, Forest Farms may also collect personal information from individuals participating in and / or impacted by those activities.



We may collect information related to your visit to our website, including the IP address and domain used to access our website, the type and version of your browser, the website you came from to access our website, the page you entered and exited at, any website page within our website that is viewed by that IP address and what country you are from. We use this information to monitor our website's performance (such as number of visits, average time spent, page views) and for our business purposes such as working to continually upgrade our website.  We may place a "cookie" on the hard drive of your computer to track your visit. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your hard drive through your web browser that can only be read by the website that placed the cookie on your hard drive. We love engaging with our customers.  We also appreciate there may be differing opinions on the cannabis industry. We enjoy having an open dialogue with our audience.  We ask that all comments and posts remain respectful of both Forest Farms, its customers and other users.

Forest Farms has a range of social media channels, which we invite people to like or follow us on. We use these different channels to provide company updates on news, careers, events, and industry information. We also use it to get valuable feedback from you – our customers and general audience.  We respect the guidelines currently in place by these communities. We also reserve the right to remove any contributions that break the rules of the relevant community, or which are not in line with the following general guidelines:  Be tasteful with your posts and comments – we are a professional business and will show you the same respect.  Do not post messages that are unlawful, untrue, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented or racially offensive.  Do not post the same message, or very similar messages, more than once (also known as "spamming").  Do not advertise products or services.  Forest Farms reserves the right to restrict or remove any content that is deemed in violation of this social media policy or any applicable law.



We monitor our Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts 24/7. If you contact us via these channels during these times we will reply as soon as possible, however there could be delays on some requests while we investigate the appropriate answer. If your request is of an urgent nature, we encourage you to contact us at: hello@forestfarms.ca



Generally, we will not remove posts that are made on our social channels, however we will consider removing posts or blocking users or accounts that breach the guidelines outlined above, without any explanation. Users who are multiple offenders will be blocked from using our social media channels after warnings (warnings will be in the form of a removed post or comment and direct message with this information).



Please do not use Forest Farm’s social media channels to make defamatory statements. In law this means a statement that lowers the reputation of a person or organization in the eyes of a reasonable person. We will therefore take down any statement that could be deemed to be defamatory.
